Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving a Product and to receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the seal unbroken, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Products to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products with the seal broken. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thefts
At SNUSVAULT, we take pride in ensuring that all parcels are delivered promptly and securely to our valued customers. We understand that unfortunate incidents such as theft may occur after a parcel has been successfully delivered and confirmed. Please review the following policy regarding lost parcels due to theft:
1. Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery of your parcel, we rely on confirmation from our trusted delivery partners that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout. This confirmation may include photographic evidence or a signed delivery receipt.
2. Liability and Refunds: Once a parcel is delivered and confirmed by our delivery partners, SNUSVAULT bears no further liability for the safety or security of the parcel. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for parcels that are subsequently lost due to theft after delivery confirmation.
3. Customer Action: In the event that you believe your parcel has been stolen after delivery confirmation, we advise you to take the following steps:
- Report to Authorities: Immediately report the theft to your local police authorities. They will be able to provide assistance and guidance in handling the incident.
- Contact Us: While we regret any inconvenience caused, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance in confirming delivery details and providing any relevant information that may assist you in your report to the authorities.
4. Evidence and Investigation: We may assist in providing delivery confirmation details upon request. However, the responsibility to investigate and report the theft remains primarily with the customer.
5. Policy Review: This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to affected customers as necessary.
